Nuclear Medical Technologist - PRN/Per Diem

OurImagingTeams are a committed, caring group of colleagues. We are seeking a Florida-licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis.As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals. You willperform these procedures in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner. We prioritize patient care.If you are dedicated to caring for the well-being of others, this could be your next opportunity.

Your tasks and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Perform instrument quality control
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
• Perform imaging and therapeutic procedures
• Maintain accurate records of the receipt, usage and disposal of all radioactive materials
• Will apply the principles of radiation protection at all times
• Position patients and adjust immobilization devices
• May also assist with transporting patients as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology training program in an AMA-approved school
• Valid ARRT (N) registration and/or certification through NMTCB
• Clear/active State of Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs
