Medical City Dallas is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technician to join a large, nationally recognized health system. Under physician guidance, you will perform Nuclear Medicine and PET-related procedures, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and ensure strict radiation safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT).
• MRT State of Texas license.
• ARRT(NM) or NMTCB Certification.
• NMTCB PET Certification preferred.
• Current AHA/ARC BLS provider.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, perform general radiographic procedures as a Nuclear Medicine/P.E.T Technologist.
• Apply isotopes for radiographic diagnosis with independent judgment.
• Conduct tests for in-patients and out-patients.
• Utilize Nuclear Medicine cameras and assorted equipment.
• Administer pharmaceuticals/radiopharmaceuticals per Nuclear Medicine scope of practice.
