You will operate CT and laser localization systems, complete diagnostic procedures, protect patients from radiation exposure, and transcribe/implement orders while taking on division responsibilities in the absence of leadership.

This on-site role requires careful documentation and adherence to NRC, state, and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties pertinent to Radiology/Nuclear Medicine including completion of appropriate patient testing procedures.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Hot Lab procedures and equipment operation, including CT and Laser localization systems.
• Completes clinical diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Provides protection from radiation exposure.
• Transcribes/implements orders and administers medication.
• In absence of administrative technologist assumes responsibility for the division.
