Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved program of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Licensed by IL Department of Nuclear Safety or eligible, CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform planar and SPECT Nuclear Medicine procedures using gamma cameras.
• Position patients and document requisitions to ensure high quality imaging.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals per physician orders and department policy.
• Maintain ALARA safety practices and record-keeping for radioactive materials.
