Job summary

Qualifications

• Completes formal Nuclear Medicine technology training in an AMA approved school.
• Eligible for ARRT or NMTCB certification.
• Eligibility for Active IDNS accreditation in Nuclear Medicine Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures as assigned.
• Prepare radiopharmaceuticals for administration.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals using aseptic technique.
• Position patients and obtain required views/images.
• Label films with patient data and exam details.
• Operate Radiology Information Systems as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Participate in continuing education and student training.
