Job description

Job Description

Performs cardiac nuclear medicine tests for medical diagnoses. Independently computes and validates doses for intravenous and oral administration of radio-pharmaceuticals; documents administration of radioactive material to patients. Performs quality control testing of equipment. Responsible for adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards and associated reports; supervises all operational aspects of day-to-day operations within the laboratory, including responsibility for timely delivery of all radiopharmaceuticals.

Required Qualifications

• National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or equivalent upon hire.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 5 years recent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine.
• Recent cardiac experience.
