The qualified paleontologist must possess expertise leading field monitoring operations, including providing taxonomic identification of fossils, writing technical reports, and CEQA/NEPA documents. The role may include additional work for qualified individuals, with wages based on experience and education.
Compensation is $36-$50 hourly, based on experience, with pre-employment testing required.
Outdoor and office environments, including fieldwork in extreme weather and uneven terrain. Must meet physical demands such as working long hours on computers and attending meetings virtually or in person.
