Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our radiology services. You will provide clinical nuclear medicine procedures, ensure accurate patient care, and maintain radiation safety protocols. On-call, holiday, and weekend work may be required.

Minimum qualifications include NJ licensure, ARRT or NMTCB certification, and an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program. A degree is preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• New Jersey Nuclear Medicine Technology License.
• ARRT registration or NMTCB certification required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• On-call, holiday, and weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services according to nuclear medicine practice standards.
• Performs excellent patient care.
• Demonstrates competence in sending images to PACS.
• Performs venipuncture for intravenous radionuclides.
• Maintains ALARA radiation safety and patient protection.
