Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• New Jersey Nuclear Medicine Technology License is required.
• ARRT registration or NMTCB certification is required.
• No previous experience required.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services according to nuclear medicine practice standards.
• Performs excellent patient care and resolves clinical problems.
• Demonstrates competence in sending images to PACS.
• Understands venipuncture techniques for intravenous radionuclides.
• Maintains radiation exposure readings within ALARA limits.
