Qualifikationen

• Diploma/certificate in Nuclear Medicine is required.
• CA and HI license required; ARRT NM or NMTCB certification required in CA and OR.
• Venipuncture certification required in CA and HI.

Aufgaben

• Prepares, administers, and measures radioactive isotopes using various radioisotope equipment.
• Performs screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation.
• Documents all pertinent information regarding radioactive materials and surveys per department procedures.
• Obtains pertinent patient information and disseminates preparedness instructions to patient care areas.
• Elevates questions, problems and significant challenges to more senior staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
