Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of radiology or nuclear medicine technology.
• Registered by the ARRT(R)(N) or NMTCB in good standing.
• Licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts.
• One year of experience as an ARRT (R)(N) or NMTCB.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• The Nuclear Medicine technologist will support patient care by performing quality Nuclear Medicine procedures and other duties as assigned.
• The Nuclear Medicine T echnologist will consistently maintain focus on customer service and safety.
• Enhances quality by participating in performance improvement.
• Supports the Radiology Department and r eports to the Nuclear Medicine /R adiology Director .
