Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of radiology technology.
• ARRT registration (R) is required.
• Kansas State Board of Healing Arts License is required to practice radiologic technology.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic-quality CT imaging procedures.
• Practice radiation safety and dose reduction where appropriate.
• Educate patients on radiologic procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure accuracy of ordered exams and compliance with workflow guidelines.
• Answer department phones and complete scanning documentation as required.
