Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for 100% FTE. Monday–Friday 8 hour shifts with start times between 6:00–7:00am, rotating Saturdays 7am–noon. You may be eligible for up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Location: 1401 E State St. Qualifications include completion of an accredited nuclear medicine program or two years of related clinical experience in a military setting; ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB; Illinois IEMA license; BLS within three

• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited nuclear medicine technology program, a recognized military nuclear medicine technology training program, or possess two years of related clinical experience in a military setting. Required

Work Experience

• Experience as a hospital nuclear medicine technologist. Preferred
• Previous healthcare experience. Required
• 2 years of clinical experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Certification by ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or current NMTCB certification. Required
• Current license from IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency). Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required within three (3) months of hire. Required
