A leading healthcare provider in California is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform essential in vivo and in vitro procedures in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will operate specialized imaging equipment, ensure patient care, and participate in research trials. 110,000 to $150,000 + Full Benefits + Bonus

Relocation Assistance Available
Reporting to the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for performing the full range of in vivo and in vitro Nuclear Medicine procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and related chemicals. This includes providing quality patient care, ensuring timely throughput, and performing exams. Operates and performs quality control on stationary and portable scintillation equipment such as gamma cameras, Geiger-Mueller counters, well counters, dose calibration devices, and ancillary equipment. Performs PET, Nuc Med, and CT diagnostic studies on PET/CT scanners, including injection of CT contrast media, image acquisition, and reformatting. Responsible for performing scans and procedures necessary for scanner qualification in research trials. Creates and programs study-specific protocols, including administration, imaging, and reformatting, under supervision. Must be available for on-call and callback duties.
