As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will prepare patients for scans, administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate imaging equipment, and ensure safety standards are met. Under the guidance of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, you will perform diagnostic procedures, ensuring a high level of independent judgment and professionalism.
Qualifications include CPR certification, State Registered Radiologic Technician status, graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology Program, and certification (NMTCB or ARRT). Preferably, candidates will have one year of experience. Ability to complete competencies within the probationary period is required.
