Job description

Role Overview:

A Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs patient scans under physician supervision, calculates radioisotope dosages, operates radioscopic equipment, and practices radiation safety. The role requires completing an accredited training program and obtaining relevant certifications such as California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification, National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or National Registered Technologist. Candidates should have at least 6 months of recent experience or 2 years of full-time experience with minimal absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient scans, ensure radiation safety protocols, operate imaging equipment, and accurately calculate dosages.

Qualifications & Skills:

Certified in nuclear medicine, with BLS certification, and relevant experience. Preferred candidates have at least one year of nuclear medicine experience.

Additional Details:
