Qualifications

• Must be registered or registry eligible with ARRT(N) or NMTCB.
• If registry eligible, must hold temporary MRT certification (Texas).
• Complete initial and ongoing training as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures and evaluates image quality.
• Administers radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Adheres to all license, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Performs quality control tests and documents results.
• Maintains records and uses the Radiology Information System for scheduling and charges.
• Contributes to departmental operations and safety improvements.
