Job summary

Dignity Health - St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, California is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using radiopharmaceuticals.

You will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate gamma cameras and PET scanners, acquire high-quality images, and document procedures with strict safety protocols. Successful candidates will have a strong scientific/technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to radiation safety

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
Three (3) years of experience as a Nuclear Med Tech.
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist OR Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology
Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities

Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
Operate gamma cameras and PET scanners to acquire high-quality images.
Process data for physician interpretation and documentation.
Ensure patient safety and comfort with radiation safety protocols.
Maintain meticulous records from receipt to disposal of radioactive materials.
