Qualifications

• 0–2 years clinical nuclear medicine experience.
• Regulatory knowledge: NRC/state/federal radiation protection.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist if applicable by state.
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nuclear medicine imaging procedures per physician orders.
• Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals following safety protocols.
• Assesses patient condition and verifies identity.
• Operates and calibrates gamma cameras and PET scanners.
• Documents procedures and maintains NRC/state compliance.
• Responds to isotope spills and follows RSO guidelines.
