Job summary

Lexington Health seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for the day shift (09:30–17:00, 32 hours/week, Tue–Fri). A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available. The role involves preparing radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safety under Radiologist direction.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an approved Nuclear Medicine Tech program and NMTCB/ARRT(N) certification, with additional CT certification within one year. Columbia, SC location.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current NMTCB and/or ARRT(N) certification.
• ARRT(CT) or NMTCB-CT certification or must obtain within 1 year from start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals under radiologist direction.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure image quality per protocol.
• Schedule and assist with Nuclear Medicine exams and patient flow.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
• Receive radioactive shipments per DHEC regulations and ensure safety compliance.
