Job summary

Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals under Radiologist direction. You will operate imaging systems and monitor tissue function, with CT integration as needed, ensuring quality and patient safety.

The role requires certification (NMTCB and/or ARRT(N)) and current SC license; CPR is required. You will join a comprehensive health network delivering high-quality care across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent.
• Current NMTCB and/or ARRT(N) certification.
• SC Radiation Quality Standards license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed by Radiologist.
• Operate imaging systems and ensure QC prior to interpretation.
• Schedule and coordinate Nuclear Medicine exams.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of work area.
• Receive radioactive shipments per DHEC regulations.
