Job summary

HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform isotope administration for diagnostic imaging and to operate and regulate scanning equipment. You will ensure images are properly transmitted to PACS and assist in the daily department operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a professional rapport with colleagues and reporting to the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CNMT or ARRT-R Radiography certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers a variety of nuclear isotopes to scan for pathology and detect disease.
• Regulates equipment used to scan isotopes and sends images to PACS.
• Assists in daily operation of the Nuclear Medicine Department; reports to the Supervisor; maintains professional rapport with colleagues.
