Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our award-winning imaging team. You will perform quality diagnostic imaging in collaboration with radiologists, ensure accurate transmission of images to PACS, and support a continuum of patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds a state nuclear medicine license or ARRT/NMTCB certification, ARRT accreditation, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• Current state Nuclear Medicine License or ARRT/NMTCB certification required.
• One year of acute radiology experience preferred.
• Graduate of an ARRT accredited program.
• Current BCLS (AHA) required.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of PACS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality diagnostic imaging in collaboration with radiologists.
• Support Radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.

Responsibilities

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality imaging. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
• 2. One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• 3. At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist preferred
• 4. Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
• 5. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• 6. Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
• 7. Current BCLS (AHA) required.
• 8. Proficient computer skills.

Pay Transparency

Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $44.00 to $55.12. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
