Job summary

Solaris Health is seeking an experienced General Manager for Advanced Therapy centers to provide strategic, operational, and clinical oversight across Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology. This role collaborates with physicians, physicists, technologists, and leadership to optimize patient outcomes, growth, and compliance in a complex, multi-site setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, or Radiation Oncology preferred.
Knowledge of radiation safety, imaging, and oncology services is essential.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology departments.
Ensure efficient patient flow, scheduling, and resource utilization.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across modalities.
Monitor patient experience, safety, and throughput with a focus on quality improvement.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to deliver evidence-based care.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including radiation safety.
Lead performance metrics, outcomes tracking, and patient safety programs.
Manage departmental budgets including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
