Job summary

Virtua Health in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Nuclear Medicine/PET technologist to perform studies in accordance with NRC/ACR/NJDEP standards. The role requires venipuncture, protocol adherence, and safe handling of radiopharmaceuticals.

On-site shifts, with on-call coverage as needed and a sign-on bonus for new hires. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience, 1 year PET experience preferred, and an active NJ Fusion Imaging license or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Nuclear Medicine.
• Minimum 1 year PET experience preferred.
• Current NJ license in Fusion Imaging CT/NMQT (NJDEP Fusion) or equivalent license.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET studies per radiologist protocols.
• Prepare patients and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
• Maintain quality control and safety procedures.
• Document procedures and assist with reimbursements.
