Job summary

University Hospital is seeking a Manager Nuclear Medicine to lead daily operations and staff within the Nuclear Medicine and Radiology departments. You will oversee administrative and technical teams, manage budgets, training, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance improvement, and collaboration with physicians and administration to maintain high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• Requires a health-related Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program with NJ licensure.
• Active ARRT or NMTCB certification and registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Nuclear Medicine and Radiology departments.
• Define authority and delegate duties to staff; ensure quality imaging and protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, training, and competency of staff.
• Develop and manage budgets, purchasing, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead performance improvement efforts and communicate with physicians and staff.
