Forsyth Technical Comunity Clg seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technology Clinical Instructor to teach and supervise NMT clinical courses at the Main Campus in Winston-Salem. The role supports student achievement from recruitment through graduation and advances equitable instruction and assessment.

The part-time position requires an Associate’s degree or higher in Nuclear Medicine Technology, current NMT certification, and at least one year post-certification clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Nuclear Medicine Technology (US accredited).
• Current NMT Certification (NMTCB and/or ARRT -N).
• Minimum of one-year post-certification clinical experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
• Knowledge of commonly performed nuclear medicine procedures and radiopharmaceuticals.
• Maintain current licensure, certification, or other credentials.
• Willingness to teach face-to-face, online asynchronous, and online synchronous formats.
• Willingness to travel to multiple campuses or offsite locations.

Responsibilities

• Teach NMT clinical courses and supervise clinical laboratory learning experiences on campus and in clinics/hospitals.
• Evaluate student achievement and develop curriculum as assigned by Department Chair.
• Maintain accurate student records and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Engage in curriculum development and support student success and equity initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Dean/Chair on staffing and resource needs.
