Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification by NMTCB and/or ARRT required.
• Texas Department of State Health Services radiologic certification required.
• Eligible to teach clinical courses at affiliate sites.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate skill and knowledge in teaching discipline.
• Review and improve instruction with innovative methods.
• Develop and use a syllabus for each course or laboratory and submit to chair.
• Plan and use diverse teaching methods to meet course objectives.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and related reports.
• Teach courses at multiple locations and modalities (face-to-face, hybrid, online).
• Use technology effectively in the classroom.
