Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 6 years of design engineering experience with 2 years of leadership.
• Experience in the nuclear industry.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals aligned with ENERCON's excellence standards.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on exciting design projects.
• Lead various internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles.
• Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimates.
• Develop mechanical system procurement specs, evaluate bids, and select equipment.
• Perform mechanical design and calculations to solve complex technical problems.
• Travel for walkdowns, field installations, and start-up.
