Job summary

Dominion Engineering, Inc. is seeking an engineer with 0 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.

The role supports consulting projects in the nuclear power industry, focusing on aging management, modeling, and simulations. You will perform analyses including stress, fracture mechanics, FEA, and thermal hydraulics; draft calculations and reports; and collaborate with experts to deliver assessments for clients.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, or related field with mechanical focus.
  • Experience with engineering analyses and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical engineering calculations and analyses.
  • Prepare technical reports and exhibits.
  • Support engineering evaluations and research for nuclear industry projects.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineers to produce assessments.
