Oak Ridge National Laboratory seeks a Nuclear Materials & Procurement Professional within the NM&P Group of the Research Reactors Division to lead procurement for HFIR and related reactor components, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely availability of critical materials.

We are seeking a Nuclear Materials & Procurement Professional for our Nuclear Materials and Procurement Group (NM&P) within theResearch Reactors Division(RRD). In this group, we have the responsibility of assuring the availability of certified spare parts and materials needed to maintain and operate theHigh Flux IsotopeReactor (HFIR) and Cold Neutron Source plant systems atOak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).
The HFIR is a Category 1 nuclear facility and requires a high degree of rigor be applied to HFIR nuclear procurement processes. We are seeking a nuclear procurement professional who will provide procurement leadership and support in a variety of standard and specialized procurement activities through application of innovative and creative techniques! You will play a vital part in the entire supply chain process for the HFIR, including reactor materials procurement, commercial grade dedication, materials management, and so much more!
