Framatome is seeking a Customer Intelligence professional to gather and analyze customer, competitor, and market data across North America. You will build Power BI and Excel models to track revenue, orders, backlog, and forecasts, and present findings to leadership.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex insights to diverse stakeholders. Based in Lynchburg, VA, with collaboration across IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Framatome’s products and services.
• Ability to generate and analyze research data.
• Creativity in accessing and analyzing market data.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, monitor, and analyze customer, competitor, and market intelligence across the North American nuclear energy market to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain advanced Power BI and Excel data models to deliver KPIs like revenue, orders, backlog, forecasts, and customer metrics.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Compile data for North American commercial reviews and prepare revenue and orders forecasts for executive presentations.
