Job summary

General Matter is establishing a new Paducah site to produce low-cost enrichment services in the United States. The Plant Manager will lead the full lifecycle from construction to operational readiness, overseeing commissioning, operations, maintenance, engineering, regulatory, and business functions, and interfacing with corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science, engineering, or technical field.
• 15+ years of overall experience with significant senior plant leadership roles.
• 5 years in nuclear industry and/or nuclear-related field, or 10+ years in other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead site readiness to bring the Paducah plant online, including staffing and training.
• Build and manage the site leadership team and workforce with ongoing talent development.
• Set operational culture with safety, accountability, and performance standards.
