Job summary

Los Alamos National Laboratory seeks a First Line Manager to lead ARIES and MR&R operations within the PSD Division, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely deliverables. You will oversee on-the-floor supervision, plan objectives, and manage resources to meet program milestones.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related science with 4–5 years of nuclear or manufacturing experience, plus a Q clearance and HRP certification. DOE compliance and strong communication are essential.

• Leadership demonstrated in supervising, resolving conflicts, mentoring, and developing personnel.
• Experience planning work scope, schedules, and coordinating activities.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments with conduct of operations.
