Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize work packages for safe and reliable nuclear maintenance at the Marseilles site in Illinois. The role emphasizes adherence to QA, regulatory codes, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and procurement.

Ideal candidates will have nuclear plant experience, strong planning skills, and a background in safety-critical maintenance.

Qualifications

High School/GED required.
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience OR
Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 2 years of related experience OR
Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience OR
High school diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience
5 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare work packages for maintenance departments to ensure safe, reliable operations.
Conduct field walkdowns to identify corrective and preventive maintenance needs and interface with other teams.
Define procedures and materials required to perform planned work packages and obtain approvals.
Verify work instructions comply with QA, NSPs, NSWPs, ASME code and relevant regulations.
Provide project management for system planners or contractors during package development.
Participate in work control, planning reviews, and risk assessments to support maintenance activities.
