Oklo Inc. is seeking a Fuels Licensing Manager to apply nuclear regulatory knowledge to support engineering development and licensing activities for fuel fabrication and recycling technologies.

The role involves preparing licensing content, coordinating with design engineers, regulators, and stakeholders, and leading licensing strategy discussions. Qualifications

• BS in engineering (accredited college/university)
• Knowledge of 10 CFR 70 and NRC regulatory guides
• Demonstrated coordination skills and ability to earn trust
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven team player with strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and maintain licensing content and related activities for Oklo's fuel fabrication and recycling technologies
• Plan, organize, and perform complex assignments in a team environment
• Support licensing deliverables and submittals with schedules and milestones
• Develop engineering and licensing requirements and documentation in collaboration with other engineering teams
• Coordinate with design engineers to ensure regulatory compliance of new designs and changes
• Coordinate with regulators from a regulatory and planning perspective
• Prepare and present licensing positions where needed and defend regulatory positions
• Deliver licensing presentations to internal and external audiences
• Lead resolution of key strategic licensing issues
