Oklo seeks an Operations Engineering Lead to establish the operating model for a nuclear fuel recycling facility. You will translate safety, regulatory, and operational needs into design requirements, procedures, and readiness criteria across design, construction, commissioning, startup, and ramp-up phases.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in nuclear fuel-cycle, nuclear, chemical, petrochemical, or related complex industrial processes.
• Experience in facility operations, commissioning, startup, maintenance, or operational support with design or capital projects.
• Experience with greenfield and/or brownfield facility development.
• Proven ability to translate design into operating requirements, procedures, and staffing needs.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and decision-making skills.
