Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Licensing Engineering intern to contribute to licensing and technical submittals for nuclear power plant products. You will work with engineering teams and other internal departments, applying knowledge from your core courses; this is a paid full-time hybrid internship at the Cranberry facility for summer 2027 (May–August).

You will develop expertise in US nuclear regulations while planning and scheduling tasks, and you will support the Licensing

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• Completed Sophomore year of college

Responsibilities

• Provide licensing and technical submittals of engineering design and analysis for nuclear power plant products.
• Work with customers and internal departments to obtain information for assignments.
• Plan and schedule work to meet assignment requirements.
• Develop expertise in US nuclear regulations.
