Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations seeks an experienced Manager to oversee Davis-Besse License Renewal Projects and related activities. You will manage scope, schedule, and contractors to renew licenses while ensuring regulatory compliance and thorough documentation for submissions.

You will coordinate with regulatory staff, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to drive aging management programs and continuous improvement across the Vistra fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience with nuclear regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading multi-department coordination and budgets.
• Preferred experience in nuclear license renewal applications/implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site resources and contractors involved in the license renewal process and projects.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets for efficient execution of license renewal projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Applications, NRC review, and Field Inspections.
• Stay abreast of relevant regulations and guidelines governing nuclear license renewal.
