Job summary

Riley Power Group in Stevensville, MI seeks an IW/OE Supervisor for our fall nuclear outage. This temporary, hourly-position includes per diem and travel eligibility. Reports to Superintendent or Site Leadership.

The role provides oversight of ironworkers and operating engineers, ensuring safe, compliant execution, coaching personnel, and coordinating rigging and logistics during refueling. Experience in nuclear IW/OE supervision preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in nuclear IW/OE supervisory required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily work activities for Ironworkers and Operating Engineers
• Enforce safety, quality, and procedural compliance
• Conduct pre-job briefs and field oversight
