Job summary

Riley Power Group in Stevensville, MI seeks an IW/OE Supervisor for our fall nuclear outage. This temporary, hourly-position includes per diem and travel eligibility. Reports to Superintendent or Site Leadership.

The role provides oversight of ironworkers and operating engineers, ensuring safe, compliant execution, coaching personnel, and coordinating rigging and logistics during refueling. Experience in nuclear IW/OE supervision preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Riley Power Group is seeking a skilled and motivated IW/OE Supervisor for our fall nuclear outage in Stevensville, MI. This is a temporary position that will be paid hourly and offer per diem and travel, if eligible. Reports To: Superintendent or Site Leadership

Position Purpose

Supplemental supervisor to provide supervisor duties for Ironworkers and Operating Engineers, oversite of rigging and logistics during refueling. This position will provide oversight of personnel and work activities to ensure safe, compliant, and effective execution .
