Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks an I&C/Testing Supervisor to join onsite in Bridgman, MI. This short-term contract runs from early September to mid-October to support a refueling outage; you will supervise technicians, ensure safe execution and adherence to work packages, and coordinate with the client management team within Projects.

You will lead pre-job briefs, manage P6 scheduling, and act as the main liaison among crews and management, ensuring qualified personnel and thorough,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervision or oversight experience.
• I&C experience.
• Residence within 50 miles of Bridgman, MI.

Responsibilities

• Directing technicians and all work activities.
• Ensuring safe, thorough execution following work packages, drawings, specifications, procedures and standards.
• Reviewing and walking down work packages before starting; ensure packages are completed and closed out.
• Ensuring personnel are trained and qualified for the work.
• Serving as the primary liaison between management and other work groups for the ongoing work.
• Perform pre-job briefs before work starts.
• Manage P6 scheduled work and communicate daily updates.
