Constellation Energy seeks an engineer at mid or senior level to serve as the technical analysis expert for CDO I&C projects, developing calculations and analytical products to support safe, compliant nuclear plant modifications from scoping through implementation.

The role collaborates with Lead Responsible Engineers, project managers, site engineering, and design teams; examples include PLC logic updates, control software upgrades, and complete digital system upgrades that support safe nuclear

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and nuclear-related experience (Mid-level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5 years nuclear experience (Senior)
• Maintain access requirements/unescorted access and pass medical exams as applicable
• Preferred qualification: Professional Engineer Registration

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analyses and calculations to support plant modifications and design activities
• Develop technical products to justify design changes and ensure regulatory and design-basis compliance
• Provide analytical input during project scoping, estimating, and execution
• Support Lead Responsible Engineers and project teams by evaluating technical assumptions and engineering solutions
• Contribute calculation estimates used to develop project budgets and engineering cost estimates
• Ensure design changes are documented in drawings, calculations, databases and procedures
• Lead or participate in digital configuration management and design validation testing
