Job summary

Constellation seeks a CDO Analytical I&C Group Engineer to deliver engineering calculations and analytical products supporting safe, compliant nuclear plant modifications from scoping to implementation. The role collaborates with Lead Responsible Engineers, project managers, site engineering and design teams on PLC logic, program updates, software upgrades and digital configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear) with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear) with 5 years of nuclear experience or related engineering experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analyses and calculations to support plant modifications and design activities.
• Develop technical products used to justify design changes and ensure regulatory and design-basis compliance.
• Provide analytical input during project scoping, estimating, and execution.
• Support LREs and project teams by evaluating technical assumptions and engineering solutions.
• Contribute calculation estimates used to develop project budgets and engineering cost estimates.
• Ensure design changes are accurately documented in drawings, calculations, databases, and procedures.
