• 1–5 years of experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, compliance, or related function.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, renew, and track licenses and regulatory filings.
• Monitor regulatory requirements affecting fuel operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and inspectors.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and records.
• Support audits and responses to regulatory inquiries.
