Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) seeks a Manager, Fracture Mechanics for the Nuclear Analytical Services team. You will provide technical oversight, lead staff, manage projects, and drive business development for fracture mechanics across domestic and international clients.

The role requires guiding a technical product line with P&L ownership and budgeting, plus expert knowledge in probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics and FE modeling using ANSYS/Abaqus.

Qualifications

• MS in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field.
• PhD and/or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Management of a technical product line, including P&L and budgeting responsibility.
• Strong knowledge in probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, analysts, and consultants in probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics services.
• Provide technical leadership, staff development, and mentorship for the Fracture Mechanics team.
• Develop prioritized lists of prospective clients and present to clients and groups.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to develop integrated nuclear solutions.
• Develop strategic plans for fracture mechanics services and market expansion.
• Manage P&L and support budget development and planning.
