Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) is seeking a Manager, Fracture Mechanics for our Nuclear Analytical Services team in San Jose, CA.

The role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight of a fracture mechanics product line, including budget and P&L responsibilities. You will guide a team of engineers and analysts, advance probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics work, and help shape client engagement and new market opportunities across domestic and international

Qualifications

MS in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or related field.
PhD and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead engineers, analysts, and consultants in probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics services for domestic and international clients.
Provide technical leadership, staff development, and mentorship for the Fracture Mechanics team.
Develop prioritized lists of prospective clients and present to client groups.
Manage client relationships and ensure project milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with other technical disciplines to develop turnkey nuclear solutions.
Develop strategic plans for fracture mechanics services, including hiring and new markets.
Manage Fracture Mechanics P&L and support budget planning.
