Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) seeks a Manager of Fracture Mechanics for the Nuclear Analytical Services team. You will lead a skilled group delivering probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics, while driving business development and coordinating with BU leadership.

This role requires deep expertise in crack growth, Leak-Before-Break, flaw tolerance, stress analyses, and ASME Code knowledge. P&L ownership, budgeting, and staff development are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MS or higher in mechanical or nuclear engineering.
• PhD and/or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years engineering experience including at least 5 years in PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, analysts, and consultants in probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics.
• Provide technical leadership, staff development, and mentorship.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage project milestones.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage Fracture Mechanics P&L and budgeting processes.
