Job summary

Aalo Atomics is seeking a Facility Cognizant System Engineer (CSE) to own lifecycle technical ownership of the CAF and support building and infrastructure systems. This is a hands-on role requiring field walkdowns, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with operations and maintenance teams.

You will manage drawings, design descriptions, configuration baselines, and change control, ensuring modifications meet safety and performance requirements while maintaining project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline; PE license preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the facility on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Cognizant System Engineer for CAF facility system and related SSCs.
• Maintain facility drawings, design descriptions, calculations, and documentation.
• Perform routine facility walkdowns and inspections; monitor condition and degradation.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions; ensure compliance with design basis.
• Manage configuration control and change management, including as-built updates.
