Job summary

Battelle Energy Alliance seeks a Nuclear Facility Scheduler to work at Idaho National Laboratory's Advanced Test Reactor. You will input and maintain maintenance activities in Primavera P6, support POW/POD planning, and provide scheduling guidance to customers and managers on site at the ATR facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience or higher. A DOE security clearance and experience with resource management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with facility maintenance or operations scheduling.
• Proven ability to perform schedule development with Primavera P6.
• DOE security clearance eligibility (U.S. citizenship).
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to support junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain maintenance activities in P6 across corrective/preventive maintenance and routines.
• Provide scheduling guidance and coordinate with customers and managers.
• Manage multiple scheduling tasks and support resource management for maintenance and operations.
• Develop and maintain schedule reports (POW/POD, status, resources).
• Evaluate variances and develop work-arounds; mentor junior schedulers.
